Carrin is the founder of Conversant Transition Group. Her focus is on investigating the realities a company is facing, identifying the most viable options in the best interest of its future, and creating a portfolio of decision paths that the client uses to navigate toward their desired outcome.

She began her career as an investigator for the State of Indiana in 2008. She later co-owned and operated a subcontracting business that served Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Enjoy Technology, Inc., and others.

Carrin graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2007.

Carrin and her 4 children love spending time outdoors and going on whatever adventures they come up with. Carrin also enjoys strength training and studying ancient manuscripts in her spare time.
